Sometimes all you need is a smattering of tiny celestial bodies on a tiny canvas to reset a frazzled mind.
The Gyan Mudra (this hand posture) is often used during meditation to sharpen the mind. By bringing index finger to thumb we’re connecting the energy flow of space and air (the elements represented in those two finger tips), which is believed to bring assistance when you’re seeking insight, knowledge and introspection. But star gazing seems to work for that too.
